Wholesale Terms & Conditions

Placing Orders

There are no minimum purchase requirements or annual fees. Orders are placed online after you are logged in as a wholesale customer. Orders ship upon receipt of full payment, usually within 2-3 business days. Large orders can take 1-2 weeks to fulfill. Contact us at wholesale@wooltincturedyes.com for shipping estimates.

International Orders

Please note that all international customers are responsible for customs fees, duties, and taxes incurred. These charges are not included in the price of our products and are the customer's sole responsibility upon delivery.

Pricing

We expect our products will be sold at the manufacturer’s suggested retail price (MSRP). The minimum advertised regular price (MAP) shall not exceed a 20% discount from MSRP. Regular pricing below MAP leaves wholesale accounts subject to termination.

Payment

Orders ship upon receipt of full payment. We accept the following payment types:

  • Credit cards - Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express
  • PayPal
  • Apple Pay, Google Pay, Meta Pay
  • Shop Pay Installments

      Shipping, Handling & Carriers

      All shipping is through the US Postal Service, UPS, or DHL. Shipping charges are calculated based on current rates from our carriers and are added to your cart at checkout. You can select your shipping preference during checkout. If a preferred carrier is not specified, we reserve the right to choose a carrier at our discretion.

      Please be aware that international orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and taxes levied by the destination country. These charges are not included in the product or shipping costs and are the customer's sole responsibility. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so please contact your local customs office for more information before placing an order.

      Out of Stock / Special Requests

      If an item is out of stock, you can still add it to your cart and place the order. Orders ship once all items in the order are ready and in stock. If you require a specific delivery date or have other special requests, please notify us at wholesale@wooltincturedyes.com.

      Shipping Errors / Damaged Goods

      Please inspect all shipments upon arrival. If you find any order errors, defective products, or products damaged in transit, you must notify us within seven business days of receipt of shipment to receive help resolving the problem.

      We endeavor to protect your reputation and ours; if you or your customer finds an issue related to manufacturing defects (or otherwise), please contact us immediately. We will work with you to find a speedy resolution.

      Returns / Exchanges

      All products are guaranteed to meet our high standards of quality. If you feel that these standards are unmet, please reach out to us so that we can make it right. All returns and exchanges require pre-authorization. Please contact us if you need to return or exchange your order. 

      Web Commerce

      Any website addresses used for online sales of Wool Tincture Dye products must be included in the Wholesale Application. The applicant of this wholesale account must be the owner of any/all unique website addresses where Wool Tincture Dyes will be listed for resell.

      Wool Tincture Dye products may not be sold by or through any online auction or marketplace (such as eBay, Amazon, or other similar sites) without our express written authorization.

      Therefore, if you are planning to sell products in an online marketplace or store, it must be owned by you, the applicant for this wholesale account.
